We collect information you directly provide when you register, subscribe, or contact us:

**Account & Profile Data:** Your **Full Name**, **Email Address**, and a secure **Password Hash** (stored in our database).
**Communication Data:** Records of communications when you contact support.

B. Data Collected for Service & Security (CRITICAL)

This data is essential for delivering the webhook service and maintaining platform security:

**Webhook Access Keys:** Your unique **License Key** is generated and stored to authenticate every service request.
**Technical Service Logs:** We log the **Source IP Address** of every incoming webhook request, the time of the request, and the technical command (e.g., BUY, SELL) sent. This data is used exclusively for service authentication, anti-abuse, and security auditing (e.g., by **Fail2Ban**).
**Payment Data:** We receive and store non-sensitive billing status updates, such as your **Stripe Customer ID** and **Subscription Status**. *We do not store your full payment card details.*

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data on the lawful basis of **Contractual Necessity** (to provide the Service) and **Legitimate Interest** (for security and anti-abuse).

To **Provide the Service:** Delivering automated webhook signals and enabling the MT4/MT5 poller function.
To **Manage Accounts:** Tracking subscription status, managing billing cycles, and sending service updates.
To **Ensure Security:** Monitoring IP addresses and access patterns to prevent fraud, protect against unauthorized usage, and block known attackers via server tools like Fail2Ban.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not, nor ever will, sell your personal data. We share data only with necessary third-party processors required to run the Service:

**Payment Processor (Stripe):** We use Stripe for payment processing. Your subscription status, billing dates, and email are shared with Stripe to manage your subscription. **Your full payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.**
**Email Delivery** We use our own email servers to send necessary transactional emails (license keys, support replies).
