By accessing or using the Service, you expressly agree to the following terms and irrevocably waive any right to claim damages or losses from Confluence King or its operators.

**NO FINANCIAL ADVICE:** Confluence King, its software, webhooks, and content are provided **for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.** Nothing provided by Confluence King constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
**HIGH-RISK ACTIVITY:** Trading in financial markets, especially with leverage (Forex, CFDs, etc.), carries a high level of risk. You should only trade with risk capital that you can afford to lose. You may sustain a loss of some or all of your invested funds.
**SOLE RESPONSIBILITY:** You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made in your account. You agree that you shall not seek to hold Confluence King liable for any losses, financial hardship, or damages associated with any trades executed through the use of our Service.
**NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE:** Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown in any examples or simulated results.

2. Service Provision and Disclaimers

2.1 Technical Failure and Uptime

Confluence King uses third-party vendors (Stripe, Cloudflare, Internet Service Providers) for connectivity and execution. We do not guarantee, and shall not be held liable for:

**Server Uptime:** We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Service or webhook endpoints.
**Signal Delivery:** We are not responsible for execution delays, data feed interruptions, network failures, or technical malfunctions in the MT4/MT5 Expert Advisor that result in missed, partial, or incorrect trade execution.
**Third-Party Risks:** We are not liable for failures or downtime in third-party services, including your broker's API or trading platform.

2.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Confluence King, its owners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, suits, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service or any breach of these Terms.

2.3 No Advisory Role

The provision of software, webhooks, or signals does not establish a fiduciary relationship or constitute investment advice. We do not monitor your trading account, nor do we provide personalized recommendations regarding investment suitability.

3. General Terms

These Terms govern the use of the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these Terms.
